All individuals should manage the domestic waste they produce properly and in accordance to the guidelines for protecting the environment.

Other than households, all activities that produce waste should comply with the Extended Producer Responsibility Principle.

Citizens, businesses, agencies and organizations should be vigilant for cases of Environmental Waste Crime and report cases they locate to competent authorities.
